These guys are great!Was very professional and was able to meet me within 20 minutes. Additionally he had my car key set made within another thirty minutes. I was not expecting such quick response and good customer service. I highly recommend!

Honestly, such a frustrating experience start to finish. I called yesterday for a quote, and the dispatcher was very quick about scheduling me for an appointment next day. However, he said he couldn't give me a quote and that the mechanic would before he was on his way over. Today, I get a call from the mechanic before he comes over to confirm the appointment. Again, I ask for prices, to which he responded that he couldn't quote me until he saw the car. Strange, but fine....? Just in case, I call Ace Hardware and ask them for their prices. All-in, they're quoting me $279 for two keys, cut and programmed. The mechanic shows up, takes a look at my car and key, and writes up a quote for $1000, including a $99 appointment fee that I never heard about from the dispatcher or the mechanic. Instantly, I say no, way too much, I'll go to Ace instead. The mechanic becomes instantly upset with me, saying that if I had a cost in mind I should have told them. Also, he never would have come to the appointment if I had told him that dollar amount. He then proceeds to tell me that Ace doesn't know how to program keys correctly, and that he'll drive over there with me right now to watch them try and do it. I'm completely flabbergasted about this point and I call his bluff - I tell him that I'm happy to pay the $99 for him to leave. He immediately calls his boss, who authorizes him to do all the cutting and programming on two keys for $298. He does all of it quickly, but reminds me again that Ace never would have done it right anyway. I paid him on Venmo and he left. Did he do the job? Yes. Would I ever call them again or recommend them? Never.
